For decades, Corporations like WCB also using the name WorkSafeBC and ICBC have been intentionally ruining peoples lives, why? To protect the almighty dollar and knock down the little guy? We let them do it to us without saying a word. Why is this site so important? Someday you or a loved one may be face to face with the WCB and their Illegal activities, knowledge is your best defence. I am fed up and am trying to make a difference. I actively run this blog while trying to survive the financial ruin and health decline bestowed upon me by WCB and Nexient Learning Inc.

I am wondering what happened to the society for injured workers and where i can go for help.i am living the WCB nightmare
I don`t know what happened to the society for injured workers!
I do know you should get in touch with your union (if you have one) or
get in touch with the workers advisory! If you have a problem with somebody directly, get in touch with fair practices.If you still have no luck get in touch with a lawyer specializing in WCB.
Remember that time is your enemy! Appeal decisions as soon as possible!
Ask everybody you talk with at WCB what options are available to you.
These are basic steps that you must take to protect yourself!!!!

If an worksafe cliet is doing any length of time, his case manger will change, it has a high burnout rate. The case manger will change. But the reports they left behind, are written in stone, so be very, very, wary of EVER speaking to worksafe.bc except when absolutely necessary.In worsafe bc, no matter what they say, if it isn’t in writing, it never happened, period. They ARE NOT on the injury worker side, at all.MSP premiums I wonder how many millions WorkSafe BC is downloading onto the public health care plan.I seriously don’t think case manager have all their head in their jobs after a while at worksafe bc … and seeing how “helpful” (not!) they are… I think they should be injury just to see how it feels like.Sorry to say that I really don’t like, nor trust, any case manger and it’s sad for me to say that coz I’ve always been the optimistic type… I’ve seen to much of that case manger know everything and doesn’t think with their head, expects the worst in case and death and basically doesn’t care about the effect (positive/negative) that she has on somebody Else’s life… case manger just see their jobs as jobs… nothing else… and injured worker are just a number for them… not a human being!,some times a very sick injury human being.
I wonder how many millions WorkSafe BC is downloading onto the public health care plan!!!!!!.Worksafe BC needs a total overhaul.Worksafe BC has” case managers” with no staff or under 5 staff reporting to them – they are NOT needed.Worksafe.BC has “directors” with no staff or under 10 staff reporting to them – they are NOT needed.Worksafe BC only purpose is to shaft injury workers through trickery or deceit.I fell sorry for injury worker forced to go on Worksafe.BC claim, GET A LAWYER cause they will stiff you in the end.A case manger has more power than god, doctor any medical staff and can over rule them all with no medical training.Worksafe.BC IS TOTAL CORRUPT and does zero for the injury worker except stress them out.The next government should fire all senior Worksafe.BC staff management.Instead the Liberal goverment rewards senior mangers for shafting workers.
